Mindful Moments meets weekdays on Zoom, from Monday, June 8th through Friday, July 3rd. Each week, campers will explore a different theme to inspire our lessons, movements, and crafts. Download a PDF of the schedule here.

Masters of Movement (ages 8-12) meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
Mindful Minis (ages 4-7) meets Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-10:30 am.
Week 1, June 8th-June 12th: For the Love of Nature
Miss Julie and Miss Chelsea have a deep love of nature, and they want to share it with you! Lessons during Nature Week will take us on a hike through the forest, climbing up El Capitan, building a nest of our own and learning about all types of plants and animals- all without leaving home!
Week 2, June 15th-June 19th: Movie Magic
Travel with us to Hogwarts, fly over Alderaan, and step into the magical world of Disney! Lessons during Movie Week will dive into the movies you (and we) LOVE!
Week 3, June 22nd-June 26th: S.T.E.M. Week
We believe in the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, and we believe in the power of learning through movement and hands on creation! Lessons during S.T.E.M. Week will teach us about light and optics, buildings and structure, and take us out of this world with astronomy!
Week 4, June 29th-July 3rd: Party Time!
That’s a wrap! Join us in celebrating the end of camp (and kicking things off early for Independence Day) with a week long par-tay! We’ll learn about Hawaiian culture for our luau, get snug as bugs in rugs for our Chillout Yoga Slumber Party, and celebrate each and every spectacular camper on Everybody’s Birthday!
